Through Buckner International Adoption’s “Angels From Abroad” orphan host program, Buckner finds adoption-minded families to host children ages 6-12 when they visit the United States during their summer vacation. The children spend two weeks in Christian homes, experiencing American culture, activities and events and sharing their own heritage with their host family. It is our prayer that every angel will find a “forever family” to adopt them when they visit this summer.

To encourage families to participate in the program Buckner is working with churches and individual donors to help offset a portion of the costs including travel, visas and various program costs.

Host families will pay for everyday living expenses (food, toiletries, entertainment, etc.) and a small  host program fee to help with remaining program costs.  When a host family decides to adopt, they will also be responsible for additional adoption and travel fees.
